Environment was bad.every shop at the surrounding area in the same building was closed due to holiday( hari raya season),,very hard to look for food and needs if the shop was closed,,,
The flexibility to change the room & time.
The condition of toilet especially the shower, the flexible hose is leaking. The tile floor at room entrance is shaking & dangerous.
Staff was helpful and informative, room was clean
Did not get the room that was stated in the listing, as the room did not have a balcony and most of the electrical sockets were not working
In the website show 3 single bed, however it is only 2 single bed. Luckily staff offer extra bed. To booking.com, please
The discount parking system is a little difficult for my family as i have disabled sister and the office at the basement parking is a little bit far.
